摘要
目的:探讨胰激肽原酶配合常规降糖治疗对糖尿病肾病患者血糖水平及肾功能的影响。方法:将82例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机均分为治疗组41例与对照组41例,两组均行常规降糖治疗,治疗组同时加用胰激肽原酶治疗,观察4周治疗前后的血糖、24 h尿微量白蛋白定量、尿素氮、血清肌酐、血液流变学等指标的变化情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组的24 h尿微量白蛋白定量和血清肌酐较对照组明显低(P<0.05),FBG、2 h PG较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血液流变学各指标较对照组也明显低(P<0.05)。结论:胰激肽原酶配合常规降糖治疗可以明显改善早期糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能,有效降低患者血糖水平。
Objective:To investigate the impact of Kallidinogenase combined with conventional hypoglycemic therapy on blood glucose level and renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Method:82 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group(41 cases) and the control group(41 cases).Both groups were given conventional hypoglycemic therapy.The treatment group was given Kallidinogenase in addition.The changes in blood glucose,24-hour microalbuminuria,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and hemorheology before treatment and after four weeks of treatment were observed.Result:After treatment,24-hour microalbuminuria quantitation and serum creatinine in treatment group were significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).FBG and 2 h PG were decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).The hemorheology indexes were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kallidinogenase combined with conventional hypoglycemic therapy can obviously improve renal function in patients with early diabetic nephropathy,with certain control effect on blood glucose.
