摘要人才流动对于创新知识生产和创新人才培养具有关键意义。当前时期,在"一带一路"战略背景下,中国高等教育应主动融入、有所作为。借鉴过去15年间欧洲研究区的建设经验,本研究大胆提出构建以中国为主导、打通亚欧板块东西走向人才流动长廊的"‘一带一路’研究区"战略构想,结合对欧洲研究区相关改革实践的比较研究,从重要性、可能性和可行性方面做出了系统回答。 Academic mobility is of significance for the knowledge innovation and innovative education.Chinese higher education is to be closely mingled with the one-belt-and-one-road initiative by borrowing the economic growth from European partners in the past 15 years.This research focuses on the possibility and feasibility of building the one-belt-and-one-road research corridor guided by China.
