In order to investigate the cause of pedestrians' mobile phone use behaviour while crossing, the psychological factors affecting pedestrians' mobile phone use and interactions between them were explored from the perspective of social psychology, based on TPB added distraction perception. The reliability and validity of 405 recycled questionnaires were examined. And then an SEM was built for pedestrians' mobile phone use behaviour while crossing to measure the relationship between various factors. The results show that TPB can be used to explain and predict pedestrians' mobile phone use behaviour effectively. Moreover, behavioural intention and perceived behavioural control would be the most significant factors affecting pedestrians' mobile phone use behaviour while crossing, then attitude and distraction perception, and subjective norm would be the weakest factor.
