摘要
目的分析PDCA循环对新生儿科护理质量管理的应用效果。方法选取该院新生儿科中2014—2015年住院患者2 000例,通过采取PDCA循环后,观察分析新生儿科护理质量水平在病房管理、基础护理、穿刺技术以及消毒隔离技术和静脉渗漏发生率等方面的落实情况,不断对新生儿科护理管理质量进行加强,对比实施PDCA循环前和实施后新生儿科护理质量的评分状况,分析患儿的家属对护理的满意程度。结果采用PDCA循环后,新生儿科护理质量水平在病房管理、基础护理、穿刺技术以及消毒隔离技术和静脉渗漏发生率等方面的落实情况比较实施前有明显提高,家属护理满意度也高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理中出现的不良事件的几率明显低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施PDCA循环后,能够有效持续地改进新生儿科的护理质量,同时还能提升患儿家属的护理满意度,进一步促进护士的工作积极性和专业水平的提升,有效改善医患关系。
Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA circulation for nursing quality management in neonatal department. Methods 2000 cases of inpatients treated in the neonatal department of our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were selected, the implementation of nursing quality level in the neonatal department in the ward management, basic nursing, puncturing, disinfection and isolation technique and incidence rate of venous leakage was observed and analyzed, the nurs-ing management quality in neonatal department was constantly enhanced, and the nursing quality score in neonatal depart-ment before and after the PDCA circulation was compared, and the satisfactory degree of children’s family to nursing was analyzed. Results The implementation of nursing quality level in the neonatal department in the ward management, basic nursing, puncturing, disinfection and isolation technique and incidence rate of venous leakage after adopting PDCA circula-tion was obviously improved compared with that before implementation, the satisfactory degree of family to nursing was higher than that before implementation with statistical significance（P〈0.05）, the incidence rate of adverse events in nursing was obviously lower than that before implementation with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of PDCA circulation can effectively and constantly improve the nursing quality in neonatal department and improve the sat-isfactory degree of children’s family to nursing thus promoting the working enthusiasm of nurses and improvement of profes-sional level and effectively improving the relationship between doctors and patients.
