摘要
目的:评价潜行单荷包、双牵引吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗混合痔的临床效果。方法:选择2015年7月—2016年3月混合痔患者116例,随机分为两组。A组55例,行潜行单荷包、双牵引吻合器痔上黏膜环切术;B组61例,行双荷包缝合、双牵引吻合器痔上黏膜环切术,比较两组临床效果。结果:潜行单荷包、双牵引吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗混合痔具有创伤小、出血少、出现血肿概率小、手术时间短、手术风险小等优点;两组术后效果及复发率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:潜行单荷包、双牵引吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗混合痔的效果良好,优势明显。
Objective： To evaluate clinical effect of stealth on single pouch,double traction stapling hemorrhoids mucosa fibrotomy for mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： To select 116 cases of mixed hemorrhoid patients as observation object（ July 2015 to Mar 2016）,will be randomly divided into two groups,55 cases（ group A） regular stealth single pouch,double traction fibrotomy stapling on hemorrhoids mucosa; 61 cases（ Group B） double pouch suture and double traction stapling mucosal fibrotomy hemorrhoid,to compare the clinical effect. Results： Stealth on single pouch,double traction stapling hemorrhoids mucosa ring cut method in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with small trauma,less blood loss,small probability of hematoma,operation time is short,and small operation risk. There was no statistical significance in effect and recurrence rate in two groups.Conclusion： Stealth single purse,double traction in treatment of hemorrhoids in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids has good clinical effect and obvious advantages.
