摘要
目的观察去氨加压素在混合痔吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)后的止血效果。方法选择40例Ⅲ到Ⅳ期混合痔患者,随机分为两组(n=20),观察组术后肛门内塞入滴有8μg去氨加压素的普通纱布,对照组肛门内塞入强生公司生产的止血纱布1962,记录术后3 d肛门出血量及术后抽血检查凝血四项指标情况。结果两组患者术后3 d肛门出血量、凝血四项指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论止血纱布1962与滴有8μg去氨加压素的普通纱布在PPH术后吻合口出血止血中均能发挥较好止血效果,但采用自制的滴有去氨加压素的纱布止血价格低廉。
Objective To analyze the hemostasis effect of desmopressin in the treatment of Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids （PPH）.Methods 40 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups （n=20）. In the observation group, ordinary gauze with 8 μg of desmopressin was inserted into the anus after operation, while the control group with Johnson＆#39;s hemostatic gauze 1962 was inserted into the anus after operation, the anal blood loss and blood coagulation of two groups in 3 days after operation were compared.ResultsThere was no signiifcant difference in anal blood loss and the four indexes of coagulation in two groups （P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Hemostatic gauze 1962 and ordinary gauze dripping with desmopressin can play a better hemostatic effect in PPH anastomotic bleeding, but the use of self-made drops of desmopressin gauze hemostatic price is low.
