摘要
嵌入模式是我国专业社会工作发展过程中形成的独具特色的发展模式。社区青年汇在嵌入社区服务过程中,存在管理体制、角色定位、专业水平、资源分配方面的问题,需要管理部门厘清职能,采取项目制的方式运作,从街道层面统筹发展。
Embedded mode is a unique mode in the development of professional social work in our country. There are problems in management system, role positioning, professional level and resource allocation when Community Youth Club is in the process of embedding the community service. The management department needs to clarify the functions, take the mode of project operation and overall development from the street level.
