摘要
以丙烯酰氧基三异丙基硅烷(TIPSA)、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯(TFEMA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸甲氧基乙酯(2-MEA)为共聚单体,通过溶液聚合法合成出丙烯酸氟硅烷共聚树脂。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)对聚合物的结构进行了表征;通过X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)探讨了共聚树脂在海水及海藻溶液浸泡前后的表面元素变化。通过将丙烯酸氟硅烷共聚树脂与50%松香溶液混合,以氧化锌、滑石粉为助剂,氧化亚铜为防污剂,制备了以丙烯酸氟硅烷共聚树脂为基体树脂的自抛光防污涂料,并通过浅海浸泡实验对防污涂料的防污性能进行了评价。结果表明,以合成的丙烯酸氟硅烷共聚树脂为基体树脂制备的防污涂料具有良好的实海防污性能。
In this study, a series of novel hybrid fluorine/silyl copolymers ( F/Si-acrylate copolymers) composed of tri ( isopropyl ) silyl acrylate ( TIPSA ), trifluoroethyl methacrylate ( TFEMA), methyl methacrylate ( MMA), butyl acrylate ( BA ) and 2- mehtoxyethyl acrylate (2MEA) were synthesized by solution copolymerization and their structures and surface compo- sitions were investigated by FTIR and XPS. Antifouling coatings were prepared by mixing the copolymers with addition agents and antifouling agents. Sample panels were tested in the real marine water and the synthesized F/Si-acrylate copolymers with self-polishing performance showed good antifouling performance by the shallow immersion test, which demonstrated that F/Si-acrylate copolymers were effective resins for marine antifouling application.
