摘要
本工作合成了具有自抛光性能的丙烯酸硅树脂,通过添加梯度含量的低玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))弹性体提升基体树脂的低温韧性,结果表明,丙烯酸硅树脂与低T_(g)弹性体质量比为5∶3时,复合树脂的相容性和低温韧性最佳。采用复合树脂与环保型防污剂复配制备耐低温高韧性长效防污涂料,通过涂料性能评价可知,该防污涂层低温柔韧性为1 mm,配套涂层附着力达4.4 MPa,静态实海挂板21个月基本无污损生物附着,动态模拟试验10个周期后涂层表面状态良好。
Acrylic silicone resin with self-polishing property was synthesized,toughness at low temperature of the matrix resin was improved by adding gradient contents of low T_(g)elastomer.The results showed that the compatibility and toughness of the composite resin were the best when the mass ratio of acrylic silicone resin to low T_(g)elastomer was 5∶3.The long-term antifouling coating with low temperature resistance and high toughness was prepared by compounding composite resin and environmental friendly antifouling agent.Through the performance evaluation of coating,it can be seen that the low-temperature flexibility of the antifouling coating is 1 mm,the adhesion of matching coating reaches 4.4 MPa,the static sea hanging plate has basically no fouling biological adhesion for 21 months,and the coating surface is in good condition after 10 cycles of dynamic simulation test.
