摘要 目的探讨PBL结合多媒体教学法在《中医妇科学》理论教学中的应用。方法将选修《中医妇科学》的2014年针灸推拿专业的学生,随机分为实验组(84人)和对照组(88人),均采用相同的教学内容。实验组采用PBL结合多媒体教学法,对照组采用传统LBL教学法。通过问卷调查、随堂测试、期末理论考试等形式评价教学效果。结果问卷调查显示,实验组在学习效率、分析能力、学习兴趣等项均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组随堂测试、期末理论考试成绩有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 PBL结合多媒体教学法引入《中医妇科学》临床教学有助于提升学生临床逻辑思维能力、分析解决问题能力,提高教学效果。 Objective To study the application of PBL combined with multimedia teaching method in the teaching of the gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Students of acupuncture and massage specialty selected the selective gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine in 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group( 84) and control group( 88). All used the same teaching content. The experimental group used PBL combined with the multimedia teaching method. The control group used traditional LBL teaching method. Through the questionnaire survey, in-class test and final theory test, the teaching effect was evaluated. Results The questionnaire survey showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in learning efficiency, analysis ability and learning interest, etc.( P〈0.05). Two groups of in-class test and final theory test scores had significant difference( P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with multimedia teaching method was introduced into the clinical teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine, helped to improve students ' clinical logical thinking ability, problem solving ability and the teaching effect.
