摘要
目的探讨信息化管理对卵巢癌患者术后随访效果的影响。方法选取自2012年1月至2014年12月在我院接受治疗的卵巢癌患者160例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。观察组患者运用信息化管理对患者进行出院后的指导和随访,对照组患者仅对患者的病历信息进行统计,观察两组患者在术后出院1个月、3个月和6个月后的随访依从性、出院后6个月随访患者的满意度、生活质量及抑郁和焦虑程度。结果观察组患者术后出院1个月、3个月和6个月后的精确随访率分别达到96.3%、87.5%和81.3%,明显高于对照组患者的75.0%、68.8%和51.3%;出院后6个月观察组患者的随访满意度达到了98.5%,明显高于对照组的82.9%;观察组出院6个月后接受随访的患者生活质量优于对照组患者,抑郁和焦虑程度低于对照组患者,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化管理可以提高卵巢癌患者术后随访的依从性和随访满意度,提高患者生活质量并降低患者的焦虑和抑郁程度。
Objective To investigate the effect of information management on postoperative follow-up visits to postoperative patients with ovarian cancer. Methods 160 patients with ovarian cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were chosen. They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 80 cases respectively. Guidance and follow-up visits with information management after discharge were applied in the treatment group while medical record information was collected in the control group. The compliance of follow-up visits in one month, three months and six months after discharge and patient satisfaction, quality of life and depression and anxiety six months after discharge were observed. Results The precise follow-up visits rate of the treatment group a month, three months and six months after discharge was 96.3%, 87.5% and 81.3% respectively, which was significantly higher than that of control group（75.0%, 68.8% and 51.3%）. Patient satisfaction on follow-up visits six months after discharge for the treatment group reached 98.5%, which was significantly higher than 82.9% in the control group. Quality of life, patients＇ depression and anxiety in the treatment group six months after discharge was better than those in the control group. All above were of statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Information management can improve the compliance and follow-up visit satisfaction of postoperative patients with ovarian cancer, improve their quality of life and reduce their anxiety and depression.
