摘要
针对某型发动机放气活门配套的焊接膜盒串类膜盒组件,随放气活门进行振动试验过程中在膜盒串焊缝热影响区出现开裂问题,通过对AM350钢与3J53恒弹合金进行力学性能和焊接工艺性比较,热处理后在基体、热影响区和焊缝处,AM350比3J53有更高的强度和硬度,AM350钢在焊缝热影响区硬度大于430 HV0.2优于3J53恒弹合金,3J53焊接热影响区严重过时效焊缝强度降低。同时改进焊接工艺环接口处开口大小,膜盒组件通过了三个轴向的振动试验,满足了产品的抗振性能。
For bunch type class welded bellows component matched with the engine bleed valve,cracks appear in HAZ of welded bellows bunch in the bleed valve vibration test. Mechanical properties and welding between AM350 steel and 3J53 constant elastic alloy were compared. After the heat treatment,the base metal,the heat-affected zone and weld for AM350 have higher strength and hardness than that of3J53. the hardness in the heat affected zone of AM350 steel is higher than 430 HV0. 2,which is better than that of constant elastic alloy 3J53.The overaging at 3J53 HAZ makes the weld strength decrease. At the same time,the size of the opening was improved,bellows component passed the vibration test at three axes,and meet the requirement of vibration resistance.
