摘要
对膜盒开关转盘的冲压工艺进行了分析,给出了排样方案和总体模具结构,对模具结构特点、主要零件和关键工位的结构设计应注意的问题进行了阐述,并给出了解决措施,模具装配、维修方便,生产可靠,满足了企业的要求。
The stamping technique for the dial of the temperature controller sylphon switch in an air conditioner was analyzed. The layout scheme of a progressive die and the die structure were presented. Then the structural feature, the key points in designing the major parts and the key service positions were described.
