摘要 讨论了磁化状态,冷变形量及回火温度对铁磁性恒弹合金的机械品质因数Q值的影响。采用半峰宽法计算试样的Q值。结果表明:磁饱和状态Q值最高,退磁状态Q值居中,剩磁状态Q值最低,Q值随冷变形量增加而升高。不同温度回火后,在某一回火温度Q值最大,且最大Q值所对应的回火温度随冷变形量增加逐渐向低温移动。同时研究了固溶温度对Q值的影响。 The effects of magnetization, tempering temperature and cold-forming deformation on the quality factor or Q value which was determined by way of taking the width at halfpeak are discussed. The results show that Q value is highest in magnetic saturation state, medium in demagnetization and lowest in remanence.Also, Q value increases with the cold-forming deformation. The maximum Q value will take place at a certain tempering temperature when getting the specimen tempered at different temperatures, and the tempering temperature at which the maximum Q value takes place will move gradually towards the low temperature with the increase in cold-forming deformation. The effect of the solution temperature on Q value is also discuss-ed.
