摘要
试验采用微波消解法处理样品,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)法检测了芸香科、柑橘属,柑橘亚属的5种水果的果皮和果肉中的13种微量元素的含量,结果显示,各种矿质元素在5中柑橘类水果的果皮和果肉中的分布有一定差异性。5种水果果皮和果肉中矿质元素含量均较高,通过方差分析,得知Ca,K,Mg和P四种元素在不同水果中的元素含量有显著的差异,并且在不同部位中元素含量也有显著的差异。对不同水果之间的相关性分析,可以看到,同种水果的果皮和果肉之间的元素含量存在显著的相关性;5种不同水果的果皮中所含元素存在显著的相关性,果肉中所含元素也存在显著的相关性;对元素之间的相关性分析,得知,大部分元素之间在p<0.05水平上都有显著的正相关性,只有K与Si存在显著负相关,相关系数为-0.356,说明这些矿物元素之间的交互关系主要以协同作用为主,只有K和Si表现为拮抗作用。试验为柑橘类水果的开发利用和质量评价提供一定的理论依据。
The contents of 13 major and trace elements in 5 species of Citrus fruit peel and pulp were measured by inductively coupled argon plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). The difference of the content of major and trace elements in different species of Citrus and same species of Citrus in flesh and peel was compared. The experimental results showed that all kinds of mineral elements distribution in Citrus fruit peel and pulp of 5 were in a certain difference. The mineral elements content in these fruit peel and pulp was high. Through analysis of variance, it was found that the contents of elements in Ca, Mg, K and P in different fruit were significantly different, and the contents of elements in different parts were also significantly different. The contents of flesh and peel of the same fruit were significantly correlated and the content of the elements in the peel, and pulp in the same fruit was significantly related, through the correlation analysis between different fruits. It was known that most of the elements were significant positive correlation atp〈0.05 level through the correlation analysis between the elements. Whereas, K and Si had significant negative correlation (r=-0.356, p〈0.05). The interaction of these mineral elements was mainly related to the synergism, and only K and Si showed antagonism. It was expected to provide some theoretical basis for the exploitation and quality evaluation of Citrus fruit.
