摘要
采用原子吸收光谱法测定金光杏梅花粉的K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Na、Cu、Mn8种矿质元素的含量。该方法的加标回收率在96.50%—105.25%之间,RSD值在1.20%—2.10%之间,具有良好的准确度和精密度。研究结果表明:金光杏梅花粉中含有丰富的K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Na、Cu、Mn。
The contents of mineral elements K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Na,Cu and Mn in Jinguang plum pollen were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS).The recovery obtained by standard addition method is between 96.50% and 105.25%,and the RSD is between 1.20% and 2.10%.The results have a good precision and accuracy.The Jinguang plum pollen is rich in mineral elements such as K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Na,Cu and Mn.
