摘要
采用原子吸收光谱法对霍香花粉的Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn4种元素的含量进行了分析测定。该方法的加标回收率为93.40%—112.00%,RSD值小于2.00%,具有良好的准确度和精密度。研究结果表明:霍香花粉中Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn含量丰富。
The contents of microelements Fe,Cu,Zn and Mn in ageratum pollen were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The recovery of standard addition method is between 93.40% and 112. 00%, and the RSD is lower than 2. 00M. The ageratum pollen is rich in microelements such as Fe,Cu,Zn and Mn.
