摘要
目的:研究芪贞固本方对Lewis肺癌小鼠的抑瘤作用及对胸腺指数和脾指数的影响。方法:建立Lewis肺癌小鼠模型,随机分为对照组、芪贞固本方组、芪贞固本方+顺铂组、顺铂组4组,按实验分组干预,末次灌胃后1 h处死小鼠,剥离瘤组织、胸腺及脾脏,计算比较各组抑瘤率、胸腺指数及脾指数。结果:芪贞固本方有一定的抑瘤作用,抑瘤率为13.97%,与顺铂合用时抑瘤作用明显增强,显著高于单用顺铂组(P<0.05);芪贞固本方能明显提高胸腺指数、脾指数,与顺铂合用较单用顺铂组胸腺指数、脾指数明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:芪贞固本方具有一定的抑瘤作用,且能提高脾(胸腺)指数,与化疗合用时可以提高化疗药物的抑瘤率,减轻免疫器官(脾脏、胸腺)的损害。
Objective：To study the effects of Qizhen Guben formula on tumor inhibitory and thymus and spleen index in Lewis lung carcinoma mice. Method：Lewis lung carcinoma mice were randomly divided into control group,herb group,herb＋cisplatin group and cisplatin group,and given intervention accordingly. One hr after the last garage,the mice were sacrificed,the tumor tissue,thymus and spleen was removed to be tested for tumor inhibition rate,thymus index and spleen index. Results ：Qizhen Guben formula had certain anti-tu- mor effect,and the tumor inhibition rate was 13.97%,and when it was used in combination with cisplatin,the anti-tumor effect of cisplatin was increased significantly,obviously better than cisplatin applied alone（P〈0.05）. Also it could increase thymus index and spleen index significantly（P〈0.05）,and the effect would be strength- ened significantly when combined with cisplatin （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Qizhen Guben formula had certain anti-tumor effect and could increase the thymus index and spleen index,and when it was applied in the chemotherapy ,it could increase the tumor inhibition effect of the chemotherapy drugs ,and reduce the on the immune organ（thymus and spleen）.
