摘要
肿瘤微环境就是指的肿瘤的发生、生长、转移以及肿瘤细胞所处的内环境有着密切关系,其不仅仅是包括了肿瘤所在组织的结构、功能以及代谢,同时还和肿瘤细胞自身的内在环境密切相关。而这与中医证本质有着密切的联系,因此肿瘤微环境是中医肿瘤辨证论治的物质基础;肿瘤微环境的改变促进肿瘤细胞的诱导分化,因此中医肿瘤辨证论治的实质就是重塑肿瘤微环境;探索中医证本质是中医现代化的必由之路,而肿瘤微环境及其表观遗传机制有望成为中医现代化较有前途的切入点。通过对相关研究的综述与分析,进一步为肿瘤的中医治疗提供支持,为肿瘤治疗提供新的研究方向。
There is a close relationship between the tumor microenvironment refers to the growth and metastasis of tumor and tumor cells in the environment, it is not only including the tumor＇s structure and function and metabolism, and also the internal environment is closely related to tumor cells. And that the nature of the syndrome are closely linked, so the tumor microenvironment is the material basis of TCM syndrome differentiation of tumor; tumor microenvironment promotes differentiation of tumor cells, so the essence of TCM syndrome differentiation of the tumor is reshaping the tumor microenvironment; to explore the essence of TCM syndrome is the only way which must be passed in modernization of Chinese medicine, and tumor the micro environment and epigenetic mechanisms is expected to become the starting point of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine is promising. Through the review and analysis of the related research, it will provide support for the treatment of tumor in traditional Chinese medicine, and provide new research direction for the treatment of tumor.
