摘要
聚合物的结晶特性对其力学性能有着重要影响,采用X射线衍射对芳纶及对位芳纶纸基材料的结晶特性进行了研究。研究表明:对位芳纶短切纤维的结晶度高于沉析纤维,经湿法成纸后,随着热压温度的上升,纸张结晶度上升;当热压温度为220℃时,纸张结晶度为82%,抗张强度增大;而热压温度达240℃时,结晶度又有所下降,表现在纸张局部发脆,力学性能降低。
The crystalline characteristics of polymers have important influence on their physical and mechanical properties, so the crystalline properties of aramid fiber and para-aramid paper-based materials are studied by XRD. The results show that the crystallinity of the para-aramid short-cut fiber is higher than the para-aramid fibrid. After wet forming, the more the thermal pressing temperature increased, the higher the crystallinity of paper increased. When the thermal pressing temperature is 220℃, the paper crystallinity is 82%, and the tensile strength is also increased. However, the temperature reaches 240℃, the crystallinity is decreased, the performance of the paper is brittle, and the physical mechanical property is decreased.
