摘要 随着高性能合成纤维浆粕逐渐在造纸工业中的应用,其性能的表征成为一个急需解决的问题。本文通过对浆粕的形态、纤维长度及分布、打浆度和浆粕比表面积的测定,对造纸用芳纶浆粕和聚对苯撑苯并二唑(PBO)浆粕的性能表征进行了研究,为更好的扩展、利用非植物纤维原料提供了依据。 With using the high performance fiber (pulp) widely in paper making engineering, the characterization methods of the pulp were urgently needed. The characterization methods were put forward in this paper. The observation and measurement of fiber morphology, fiber length and its distribution, fiber specific area and beating degree of the pulp by means of SEM and fiber classification is useful for characterization of the pulp studied.
