摘要
研究了间位芳纶自制热压纸的动态力学性质,同时与杜邦T410纸的动态力学性质进行了对比。使用低结晶度、低定向性的样品在20~500℃范围,110Hz频率和升温速率为3℃/min的条件下测定动态力学性质。DMA温度谱图上随着温度由低至高,自制芳纶热压纸经历了玻璃态、高弹态、粘流态三种不同的力学状态,各反映不同的分子运动模式。杜邦T410纸的储能模量和玻璃化转变峰均高于自制芳纶热压纸,表明杜邦T410纸具有较高的抵抗外力和变形的能力、较好的刚度,分子链自由运动困难,移动所需要的能量比较大。
applied paper were investigated.At the same time,the dynamic mechanical properties of the self-made PMIA and DuPont T410 paper were compared.Measurements of the dynamic mechanical properties were carried out on samples of low crystallinity and low orientation over a temperature range from 20 to 500℃ at a frequency of 110 Hz and a heating rate of 3℃/min.As the temperature rose from low to high,three different mechanical states with glassy state,rubber state and fluid state were appeared on DMA temperature curve.It responses to the different mode of molecular motion.Energy storage modulus and glass transition peak of DuPont T410 paper are higher than those of the self-made paper.This means DuPont T410 paper has a high resistance to external forces and deformation,and a good rigidity.Its molecular chain freedom movement is difficult and the energy required to move is larger.
