摘要
滑动轴承在轮机等关键设备上广泛使用。这就对滑动轴承系统能够长时间稳定地运行有着较高的要求。通过对带尺寸误差和圆度误差的滑动轴承进行分析,并以转子系统的稳定性参数Op和摩擦损耗P作为设计指标,运用正交设计法,得出转子系统的综合性能的最优设计,为滑动轴承的加工和制造提供了一定的理论依据。
Journal bearing widely used in turbines and other key equipment. It's on the journal bearing system can run stably for a long time have higher requirements.By journal bearings with size error and roundness error is analyzed and the stability parameter Op and friction loss P of the rotor system as design specifications,using orthogonal design,optimum design obtained the overall performance of the rotor system,for the processing and manufacture of journal bearings to provide a theoretical basis.
