摘要
高校图书馆为高校教学科研活动提供有力的支撑,因此需要对其效率及效率影响因素进行测评与分析,这有利于高校图书馆发挥其在科研领域的重要作用。文章运用Super SBM模型和Malquist指数法,对我国37个"211工程"高校图书馆的动态、静态效率分别进行了测评;运用面板Tobit模型,分析了效率的影响因素。根据效率测评,发现我国高校图书馆发展水平差异较大,多数图书馆存在经费浪费问题;根据对效率影响因素的分析,发现博士比例、读者总人数、周开馆小时数、网络交口数与图书馆效率呈正相关关系,而高级职称比例、纸质资源购置费、服务器数、员工平均年龄、建筑面积和城市GDP与图书馆效率呈负相关关系。
University libraries provide forceful support for teaching and scientific research in universities, therefore the efficiency and its influencing factors of university libraries should be evaluated and analyzed, which is good for university libraries to play an important role in scientific communities. Using Super-SBM model and Malmquist index method, the paper evaluates the dynamic and statistic efficiency of 37 university libraries of “211 Project” in China; then it analyzes the influencing factors of their efficiency with Tobit model. According to the efficiency evaluation, development level varies from library to library and most of the libraries have the problem of redundancy and waste of funds. According to the analysis on the influencing factors of efficiency, the proportion of doctors, total number of readers, opening hours, and the number of network port are positively correlated with the efficiency of library, but the proportion of senior professional titles, the purchase expense of paper-based resources, the number of servers, the staff average age, the building area and the city GDP are negatively related with the efficiency of library.
