摘要
本文探讨和研究了图书馆实施绩效管理的意义,并结合理论和实践,从图书馆绩效管理指标体系、关键绩效指标设置原则、绩效评价方法和组织实施等角度提出了图书馆绩效管理的实施方案。
This paper discusses the significance of library performance management. By combining theory with practice, the paper puts forward an implementing scheme for library performance management, including the indicator system of library performance management, the principles of establishing key performance indicators, the method of performance evaluation, and the measures of implementing performance management.
