摘要
目的总结黄芩素抗病毒作用方面的研究现状,为其深入研究奠定基础,并为其开发和利用提供科学依据。方法主要根据近20年来国内外公开发表的研究,对黄芩素抗病毒作用进行归纳总结。结果芩素显著的抗病毒作用渐成为研究热点,包括抗RNA病毒作用,对艾滋病病毒的HIV-1干扰作用、对呼吸道合胞病毒的体外灭活作用、抑制登革热病毒复制作用、降低流行性感冒病毒导致的炎症反应。同时也具有抗DNA病毒作用,表现在可抗EB病毒早期抗原,可降低人巨细胞病毒活性,可预防日本脑炎病毒感染等方面。结论作为我国传统中药黄芩中的主要成分之一,虽目前缺乏临床研究,但其抗病毒作用广泛,可具有重要的临床开发应用价值。
Objective To summarize the research status of the antiviral effect of baicalein,and lay the foundation for the further research,and provide scientific basis for its development and utilization. Methods It mainly based on the studies and reports published at home and abroad in recent 20 years,To summarize the antiviral effect of baicalein. Results The significant antiviral of baicalein becomes a hot topic gradually,including anti-RNA viral effects,such as： HIV-1 interference effects of the AIDS virus,respiratory syncytial virus inactivation of in vitro,inhibit replication of dengue virus,reduce the inflammation caused by influenza virus. It also has anti-DNA virus effect simultaneously,performance： it can be anti-EB virus early antigen,reduce the human cytomegalovirus viral activity,prevent Japanese encephalitis virus infection and so on. Conclusion As one of the main component of Scutellaria in traditional Chinese medicine,although the current lack of clinical research,the antiviral effect of baicalein is very wide. It may has important clinical development and application value.
