摘要
目的观察补肾强身丸治疗少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法选取天津中医药大学第一附属医院男科门诊就诊的60例符合诊断标准的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组口服补肾强身丸,1丸/次,3次/d。对照组口服左卡尼汀,20 m L/次,1次/d,治疗12周,观察疗效。结果 4例失访,共56例完成观察,在治疗12周后,治疗组在精液量、精子密度、PR、总活率以及精子畸形率改善方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾强身丸治疗少弱精子症能够有效提高精子密度、活力,提高精子正常形态,降低精子畸形率。
Objective To investigate the clincial effect on the treatment of oligoasthenospermia with Bushenqiangshen Bolus. Methods Sixty patients from the andrologic clinic of First teaching hospital of Tianjin University of TCM were equally randomized into two groups,the treated group administrated with Bushenqiangshen Bolus one pill and three times a day,otherwise the control group administrated with levocarnitine,20 m L and once a day. Results The 4cases were lost to follow- up,and 56 cases were finished. After 12 weeks,Treatment group were better than control in semen volume,sperm concentration,PR,total living rate and rate of sperm deformation,the difference between two groups were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Bushenqiangshen Bolus shows good efficacy and high safety in treating oligoasthenospermia,and it could improve the spermic count motility and figure,and reduce the head deformity rate.
