摘要
目的 :评价中药治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床效果 ,并试图揭示其机理。方法 :应用中药补肾强身丸与凯司立 - D治疗 30例该病患者 12周 ,观察临床症状、及生化指标的变化。结果治疗组 ,临床疗效明显高于对照组 ,骨密度未见明显改善 ,可提高雌激素水平 ,降低血清睾酮水平。结论 :补肾强身丸治疗绝经后骨质疏松有一定效果。
Objective:To study the effects of the Traditional Chinese Medicine on postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) and try to reveal its mechanism.Methods:Thirty cases of PMOP were treated with Chinese Medicine Bushenqiangshen bolus (BSQSB) and Calcichew D 3 for 12 weeks.Observation on clinical symptoms,bone mineral density(BMD) and biochemical marks was carried out and statistical analysis for the above data before and after treatment performed.Results:The clinical effect of the therapeutic group with integration of BSQSB was obviously better than that of the control group.It could increase the level of serm E 2,reduce the level of serum(testosterone),but couldn't improve BMD.Conclusion:PMOP can be treates with BSQSB.
