摘要
甲苯羰基化法合成对甲基苯甲醛进而氧化合成对苯二甲酸的生产工艺,原子利用率高、工艺简单、生产成本低,工业化生产新工艺的开发具有很大的必要性和良好的市场前景。主要介绍了B-L复合液体酸类、固体超强酸类、离子液体类等催化剂在甲苯羰基化合成对甲基苯甲醛中的应用现状,并分析了各类催化剂在催化羰基化反应中的催化机理、优缺点及其存在的问题。
The production technology that carbonylation of toluene to form para-tolualdehyde (PTAL) then synthe- tize para-phthalic acid (PTA) via oxidation, meets the demands of industrial production and has good market pros- pect own to its high atomic utilization, simple process and low production cost. The application status of catalysts, such as B-L compound liquid acid catalyst, solid super acid catalyst and ionic liquid etc, for carbonylation of tolu- ene to synthesize PTAL are described. The catalytic mechanisms, advantages, disadvantages and existing problems of these catalysts for catalytic carbonylation are also discussed.
