摘要
乙酸苯酯的Fries重排反应在工业生产中具有重要的作用。以合适的非均相催化剂替代当前工业生产中使用的均相催化剂十分必要。研究了采用离子交换法制得的HL沸石对乙酸苯酯Fries重排的催化活性,考察了反应时间、反应温度和催化剂用量对反应的影响以及催化剂的循环使用效果。结果表明,当20ml乙酸苯酯和1.0gHL沸石混合,在180℃下反应12h,乙酸苯酯转化率为4.9%。HL沸石对乙酸苯酯Fries重排反应具有较好的活性。
The reaction of Fries rearrangement of phenyl acetate had an important application in industry. Preparing appropriate hetergeneous catalyst instead of homogeneous catalyst used in industry was of great meaning. The activity of HL zeolite prepared by ion-exchange method for phenyl acetate rearrangement reaction was studied. The influences of reaction time, reaction temperature, the amount of catalyst, and the recycling of the catalyst were investigated. The conversion of phenyl acetate was 4. 9% after 20 ml of phenyl acetate and 1.0 g of HL zeolite reacting 12 h under 180℃. The results showed that HL zeolite had a good performance in the reaction.
