摘要
采用盐酸三乙胺(Et3NHCl)和无水AlCl3按不同的物质的量的比合成离子液体,并评价其对模型汽油噻吩硫的催化烷基化脱除效果.实验结果表明:选用Et3NHCl与无水AlCl3的摩尔比为1∶2的离子液体进行烷基化脱硫实验,当反应时间时间为40min,温度为40℃,萃取剂油比为1∶40时,脱硫率可达到90%以上,还采用红外探针分子表征不同摩尔比的离子液体的酸性.离子液体应用结果表明,对商品汽油的脱硫率可达到在80%以上而辛烷值仅从92.7下降到91.0.
The ionic liquids were synthesized with different molar ratios of Et3NHCl to AlCl3.The catalytic alkylation desulfurization efficiency of simulative gasoline were investigated.The experimental results showed that the ionic liquid of Et3NHCl/2AlCl3 was selected for the desulfurization experimental and desulfurization rate was higher than 90% with the best desulfurization conditions were as follows: the reaction time was 40 min,the reaction temperature was 40 ℃ and the ratio of reaction solvent to oil was 1∶40.The acidity of different molar ratios ionic liquids were characterized by FT-IR molecular probe experimental.The commercial gasoline application results showed that the desulfurization rate was higher than 80% and octane number decreasing from 92.7 to 91.0.
