摘要
基于AMESim建立了节流阀、调速阀进油路节流调速回路仿真模型,对比分析了2种回路压力、速度的稳定性;建立了调速阀的元件模型,分析研究了调速阀的节流孔大小对系统性能的影响。得出后者在负载加入的瞬间,液压缸瞬间速度及压力波动小,并且在负载压力为0.5 MPa的工况下,采用0.08 mm的孔径值时,系统能够获得很好稳定性能,为节流调速回路的改进提供了重要的参考依据。
The into oil throttle speed control circuit simulation model of throttle,speed regulating valve has built up based on AMESim,and contrast analysis of the two loop pressure,speed stability;Speed regulating valve element model is established and analyzed the speed regulating valve orifice size will affect the performance of the system. It is concluded that the latter at the instant of the load to join,instantaneous velocity and hydraulic cylinder pressure fluctuation is small,and under the condition of load pressure for 0.5 MPa, using 0.08 mm aperture value,the system can get very good stable performance,for improvement of throttling speed control circuit provides an important reference basis.
