摘要
搭建了节流阀进口节流调速回路。调节节流阀开口度,使节流阀开口度在3圈、2圈、1圈的工作状态下分别测试液压缸伸出及退回时的压力变化及运行时间,与理论分析进行对比,分析压力波动的原因及相关问题的产生。结果表明:在节流阀节流调速回路中,随着节流阀开口度的减小,液压缸的运行速度也随之降低;液压缸两端测定压力会随节流阀开口度的减小而升高;换向阀切换时压力会产生瞬时高压,压力会大于溢流阀调定压力;由于回路接油箱一侧会产生一定的背压,所以接油箱一侧压力示数不为0。
The throttle valve inlet throttle is set up.The throttle opening is adjusted.We test the pressure’s diversification and when the hydraulic cylinder stick out and back by making the throttle open in 3 laps,2 laps and 1 lap.Compared with the theoretical analysis,the causes and related problems of the pressure fluctuation are analyzed.The results show that,in throttle throttling circuit,the operation speed of the hydraulic cylinder decreases with the decrease of the opening of the throttle valve.The pressures of the hydraulic cylinder at both ends increase with the decrease of the opening of the throttle valve.The pressure becomes high quickly when the commutation valve is switched,and the pressure is greater than the relief valve setting pressure.As the loop side of the tank produces back pressure,the real pressure on the tank side is not zero.
