结核分枝杆菌基因分型技术研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 结核分枝杆菌(Mvcobacterial tuberculosis,MTB)足结核病的病原体,可累及全身多种组织器官,以肺组织受累最常见。近几年由于流动人口的增加和HIV病毒感染的流行,结核病再次成为严亘危害世界公共卫生的传染病之一。结核病再度肆虐,其主要原因之一就是结核分支杆菌的变异。
