Advances in cytogenetics and molecular genetics studies of esophageal squamous cell carcinomas

摘要 食管癌的发生发展是一个涉及多因素、多阶段、多基因变异积累及相互作用的复杂过程。除了在细胞水平上表现为染色体异常 ,在分子水平上也涉及众多DNA、mRNA以及蛋白质的改变。
