摘要
北京中关村地下综合管廊是国内第2条现代化的综合管廊,对我国新时期下的管廊建设有实际的指导意义。在原底板两道SBS卷材复合发生渗漏后,及时堵漏加固,并对侧墙和顶板采用了自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材+聚氨酯防水涂料复合的设计方案,解决了渗漏问题,保证了管廊的顺利运营。
The utility tunnel of Zhongguancun in Beijing is the second domestic modem underground utility tunnel, which has practical significance for domestic utility tunnel construction under the new period. After the original two layers of SBS waterproofing membranes leaking, the project team assisted with plugging reinforcement and adopted a combined scheme of combination of self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane and polyurethane waterproofing coating for side wall and roof. The new scheme solved the leakage problem and ensured the successful operation of utility tunnel.
