摘要
抽水蓄能电站是电力系统调节平衡、安全稳定和提升电能质量的关键组网资产。与常规水利水电工程相比,大型抽水蓄能电站工程在水库建库、厂房布置和机组形式等领域具有独特性,施工难度大、技术复杂、安全风险高,也是工程施工关键技术所在。文章系统介绍了大型抽水蓄能电站渗控工程、地下工程、机组安装调试等施工技术。我国不但熟练掌握了沥青混凝土、洞室群、长斜井、大型抽水蓄能机组安装调试等施工技术,还自主创新了黏土铺盖防渗、陡坡库岸防渗、斜井滑模、首机首次水泵工况启动等一批重大施工技术,为大规模安全高效建设大型抽水蓄能电站提供了良好基础。
Pumped storage power station is key network assets which can regulate balance,ensure safety and stability,and improve power quality for electric power system. Comparing with conventional water conservancy and hydropower projects, large pumped storage power station project is unique in some fields sush as construction of the reservoir,layout of power plant,form of hydraulic turbine and so on. These fields contain lots of key construction technologies that make its construct difficult,technologies complex and security risk high. The construction technologies of seepage control engineering, underground engineering,Instal ation and commissioning of hydraulic turbine,etc,are systematical y introduced in this paper.China has not only held up the construction technologies of asphalt concrete,caverns,long inclined shaft,instal ation and commissioning of hydraulic turbine of large pumped storage unit instal ation and debugging,etc,but also has innovatived independently a number of major construction technologies such as clay seepage blanket,seepage of steep slope of reservoir bank,inclined shaft slipform,initial start-up mode of the first unit and so on. These technologies provide a good foundation for constructing large pumped storage Power station effectively and safely on a large scale.
