摘要
目前我国房屋建筑工程常规施工建设程序一般为先临建再永久、先主体再室外。其建设过程整体工期过长,临建措施费用投资浪费。对此,结合现场工程实例,就永临结合施工技术方案优化,分析探讨了其缩短建设工期,节省建设投资成本,改善施工作业环境及形象的应用优势,同时为同行提供相应参考与借鉴。
At present,during the construction period of general housing construction projects in China,the conventional construction procedures usually start by constructing temporary facilities,then constructing permanent projects,constructing the main works first,and then constructing outdoor projects.The whole construction period is too long,and temporary measures cost waste of investment.In view of this,combined with on-site engineering practice,this paper analyzes and optimizes the construction technology plan with the combination of permanent and temporary construction,analyzes and explores its advantages in shortening the construction period,saving construction investment cost,improving construction operation environment and image,and providing reference for
