摘要 介绍某动车段受场地狭窄限制,需要在既有线切挖边坡设支挡结构物收坡,通过与常规挡墙方案比较,借鉴建筑基坑支护设计经验,采用永临结合的钻孔灌注排桩挡土墙方案。结合工程实际,参考各种基坑支护变形控制标准,分析提出永临结合的排桩挡墙变形控制值和报警值,并按照等刚度设计原则与悬(扶)壁式挡墙进行结构尺寸比较。介绍了墙前地基补强、加强排桩墙整体性和外观处理等设计措施,对比分析排桩墙机械钻孔和人工成孔施工方法,介绍施工工序和变形监测方案。 Restricted by the narrow site of an EMU depot, the retaining structure needed to be installed on the slope of an existing line to cut down the slope. Drawing lessons from the experience of building foundation excavation supporting, the scheme of bored cast-in-situ soldier-pile retaining wall with permanent-temporary dual purpose was adopted. Combining with actual situation of the project, and referring to all kinds of foundation pit deformation control standards, the authors analyzed and proposed the deformation control value and alarm value for this soldier-pile retaining wall with permanent-temporary dual purpose. Also the authors compared its structural size with that of the counterfort retaining wall according to the design principle of equal rigidity. Furthermore, the authors introduced some design measures, such as strengthening the ground in front of the wall, enhancing the integrality of the soldier-pile retaining wall, treating the appearance and so on. In addition, the authors carried out contrastive analysis between two construction methods of machine drilling and manual pore-forming for the soldier-pile retaining wall, and introduced the construction procedure and the deformation monitoring scheme.
