摘要
目的研究流感病毒细胞分离培养阳性的影响因素。方法收集陕西省2010年-2013年2家流感监测哨点医院的鼻咽拭子标本进行细胞分离培养,用卡方进行影响因素筛选,用Logisitic回归进行影响因素分析。结果共采集2 046份流感样病例标本,经MDCK细胞分离培养共有311份阳性标本,阳性率为15.20%。发病年龄、采样时期、采样到送检时间、不同监测年度、监测医院标本放置温度这些因素对流感病毒分离培养阳性结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非条件Logistic多因素回归分析显示:采样时期、采样到送检时间、不同监测年度、监测医院标本放置温度是影响流感病毒分离培养阳性结果的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论流感样病例标本采集后应放置在4℃并尽早送到流感实验室进行病毒分离培养,在流感流行时期应尽量多采集标本,可以提高流感病毒的阳性分离率。
Objective To investigate the influence factors for the positiveness of influence virus cell culture. Method The nasopharyngeal swab specimens of the two influenza surveillance sentinel hospitals from 2010 to 2013 in Shaanxi were collected for cell isolation and cultivation,using chi-square to select the affecting factor and analyzing influencing factors with Logisitic regression. Results A total of 2 046 influenza like cases were collected,and 311 samples were cultured positive by MDCK cells isolation and culture. The positive rate was 15. 20%. These factors of age,the period of sampling collection,deliver time,the year of sampling collection and sample storage temperature influenced the influenza virus isolated culture positive results,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Non-conditional Logisitic regression analysis showed the period of sampling collection,deliver time,sample storage temperature,the year of sampling collection were the influencing factors on the positive isolation and cultivation results of influenza virus( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The specimen of the influenza-like cases after collection should be placed in 4 ℃ and sent to influenza lab timely for virus isolation and cultivation. It can improve the positive rate of influenza virus isolation to collect specimens as many as possible in influenza epidemic period.
