摘要
针对镀银长丝在拉伸时长丝与表面银层断裂性能不同的问题,本文以镀银长丝为材料,采用电阻测试仪研究了拉伸对4种镀银长丝导电性能的影响,同时对银纤维静态和动态导电性能进行测试及电镜扫描,并对测试和扫描结果进行分析。测试和分析结果表明,镀银长丝在细度大于70D时,即长丝断裂时,表面银层与基体尼龙长丝同时断裂,此时镀银长丝的拉伸断裂性能可以良好的反应导电性能;当镀银长丝细度小于70D时,在基体尼龙长丝断裂之前,表面银层受拉伸断裂已经失去导电性能,不再具有屏蔽效果,此时镀银长丝的拉伸断裂性能不能很好的反应出导电性能,因此,随着镀银长丝细度的增加,其抗拉强度逐渐增大。该研究为评估织造、染整和服用过程中的拉伸作用对银纤维电磁屏蔽性能的影响奠定了理论基础。
For different filament fracture problem with the surface layer of silver present in the filaments stretching silver occurs, this paper uses Resistance Testing to study the stretch of four kinds of silver con- ductive properties of the filaments influences in static and dynamic state, and analyzing test results and scanning electron microscope analysis. Results show that, surface of the silver layer breaks at the same time of the substrate nylon when fineness of silver filament is greater than 70 D; when silver filament fine ness is less than 70 D, belCore the matrix nylon filament fracture breaking, fracture surface of the silver layer is stretched and loses conductivity, in which case it no longer has the effect of shielding, and stretc- hing silver filaments break performance does not correctly reflect its conductive properties, so tensile strength increases with the increase in silver filament fineness. The study presents a the oretical basis to assess weaving, dyeing and influence the process of taking the role of silver fiber tensile properties of elec- tromagnetic shielding.
