摘要
随着人们饮食结构及生活方式的变化,糖尿病与糖尿病足患者不断增加,他们的健康与生活受到了严重的影响。概述糖尿病的现状以及糖尿病足的定义和引发原因,阐述治疗糖尿病足的金属基纤维的作用及其抗菌机理,列举国内外制备金属基纤维的方法和产品开发现状,介绍国内外糖尿病足袜的研发现状,指出今后金属基纤维糖尿病足袜的发展方向。
With the changes of people's diet,habits and the increase of the number of diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot patients,their health and life have been seriously influenced.Firstly,this paper offers the overview of diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot.Then the functions and the main antibacterial mechanisms of the metal ion containing fibers are introduced.Furthermore,the means to produce metal ion containing fibers are enumerated.Finally,the development of the diabetic socks at home and abroad is described,and the research direction of diabetic socks is indicated.
