摘要
为了开发达到技术标准的抗静电产品,在织物经向组织中按适当比例和均匀的间距嵌入导电丝,设计织造了平纹和卡其两种抗静电织物。将原纱用酸性染料进行染色,与锦纶导电长丝并捻制成抗静电纱线,以便与地经区分清楚,整经时按工艺间隔排列好抗静电纱线,浆料配方优于同类产品,浆纱张力、压浆辊压力小于同类产品。通过优化工艺,使织造效率达到88%,入库一等品率达到99.5%。
To develop antistatic fabric which accords with technology standard, weave conductive filament in warp stitch uniformity, two kinds of antistatic fabrics of plain weave and khaki were designed and weaved. Antistatic yarn was spun by doubling and twisting with dyed raw yarn by acid dyes and polyamide conductive filament,so as to differentiate from ground warp. Antistatic yarn should be arranged according to processing space in warping process, size formula should be better than raw product, size tension & squeezing roller pressure should be smaller than that of raw product. Through optimizing processing, first grade percentage put in storage can reach 99.5 %.
