摘要
只给分数的反馈既不受学生欢迎,也不利于持续性学习。分数提供的信息非常有限,给学生造成压力和不受重视感,与形成性评价相违背。接受调查的学生最喜欢的反馈形式是"表扬+建议"的描述性反馈。这种反馈方式能保证学生的自我效能感,并为他们指明改进的方向。教师需要把评价的建议纳入下一个学习目标,及时调整学习策略,才能真正促进学生的英语学习。
Score-only feedback gets the least popularity from students, and it doesn't benefit students' English learning, for it affords little information and too much pressure. Students feel they are ignored by teachers when getting score-only feedback which is contrary to formative assessment. Meanwhile, the comment-only feedback of "praise plus suggestion" is very popular, for it can promote students' self-efficacy and demonstrate the next step to go. Students need to know where they are, where to go and how to get there. They, therefore, need to work hard with teachers to set the next learning goals based on the suggestions and regulate their learning strategies, so as to improve their English learning.
