摘要
目的通过分析不同性别、年龄层次及不同体重指数（BMI）人群的心电图运动试验的检查结果，探讨其相关性。方法选取我院2012年6月至2015年10月因疑诊冠心病而行心电图运动试验患者1021例，统计身高、体重等资料，其中阳性及可疑阳性患者315例，分析心电图运动试验结果与性别、年龄层次及体重指数的关系。结果女性各年龄段阳性及可疑阳性率分别为0．00％（≤30岁）、23．26％（30～40岁）、33．80％（40—50岁）、41．38％（50～60岁）、34．41％（60～70岁）、20．00％（〉70岁），男性各年龄段阳性及可疑阳性率分别为9．68％（≤30岁）、16．67％（30～40岁）、26．04％（40～50岁）、32．24％（50～60岁）、35．71％（60—70岁）、37．50％（〉70岁）；BMI正常组男性阳性及可疑阳性率为26．29％、女性为38．41％，BMI异常组男性阳性及可疑阳性率为28．13％，女性为27．56％。结论在同年龄层次中，女性患者运动平板试验阳性及可疑阳性率高于男性患者；所有患者在40～60岁年龄层次运动平板试验阳性及可疑阳性率较高；运动平板试验阳性及可疑阳性结果与BMI未发现存在相关性。
Objective To investigate characteristics of ECG exercise test in different gender,age and body mass index（BMI）. Methods 1 021 patients with suspected coronary heart disease who underwent ECG exercise test from Jun. 2012 to Oct. 2015 were selected. Height,weight and other data were collected. 315 cases were positive and suspi- cious positive patients. The relationships between ECG exercise test and gender, age as well as BMI were analyzed. Results Positive and suspicious positive rates in women were 0.00% （ ≤30 years old） ,23.26% （30 -40 years old）, 33.80% （40-50 years old）,41.38% （50-60 years old）,34.41% （60 -70 years old）and 20.00% （ 〉70 years old）. Positive and suspicious positive rate in men were 9.68% （≤30 years old）, 16.67% （30 -40 years old）, 26.04% （40 -50 years old） ,32.24% （50 -60 years old） ,35.71% （60 -70 years old） and 37.50% （ 〉70 years old）. Positive and suspicious positive rate in men in normal BMI group was 26.29% with 38.41% in female. Positive and suspicious positive rate in men in abnormal BMI group was 28.13% with 27.56% for female. Conclusion Positive and suspicious positive rate in female is higher than that in male. Positive and suspicious positive rate is higher in patients aged 40 - 60. There is no relationship between positive and suspicious positive rate and BMI.
