摘要
目的分析上海市彭浦新村社区1 001名65岁以上老年人健康体检心电图情况,为心血管疾病的预防提供参考。方法于2017年1—12月选取上海市彭浦新村社区1 001名65岁以上老年人,对其进行健康体检,回顾性统计所有老年人的心电图资料,对不同年龄及性别老年人的心电图情况进行比较分析。结果 1 001名老年人中心电图异常228例,占22.8%,其中ST-T改变、窦性心率失常和传导阻滞等是异常心电图的主要表现。与女性心电图异常发生率相比,老年男性异常发生率明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着老年人年龄的增高,心电图异常的发生率也呈现上升趋势,各年龄段间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年人健康体检心电图检查是一种重要的检查技术,其心电图异常改变与年龄、性别等存在明显相关性。社区卫生服务中心应定期检查老年人心电图情况,以早期发现心血管疾病并及时提供预防及治疗措施。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the electrocardiographic status of 1 001 patients over 65 years old in Shanghai Pengpu Xincun Community, and to provide reference for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. METHODS From January 2017 to December 2017,1 001 elderly people over the age of 65 in Pengpu Xincun Community, Shanghai City were selected for physical examination. The ECG data of all the elderly were retrospectively analyzed. The data were collected for elderly people of different ages and genders.Electrocardiographic conditions were compared and analyzed. RESULTS Among the 1 001 elderly patients, 228 were abnormal electro-cardiograms, accounting for 22.8%. ST-T changes, sinus arrhythmia and conduction block were the main manifestations of abnormalel ectrocardiogram. Compared with the incidence of female ECG abnormalities, the incidence of abnormalities in older men was significantly increased（P〈0.05）. With the increase of the age of the elderly, the incidence of ECG abnormalities also showed an upward trend, among various age groups. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Electrocardiography was an important examination technique for elderly health examinations. There was a significant correlation between abnormal ECG changes and age and gender. Community health services should regularly check the status of elderly people＇s electrocardiograms to detect early cardiovascular disease and provide timely prevention and treatment measures.
