摘要
目的对NT-pro BNP检测应用于慢性心力衰竭诊断中的临床价值进行探究。方法选取2014年1月~12月我院收治的85例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,并将同期于我院接受体检且结果健康者85例作为对照组。对比患者与健康者之间NT-pro BNP浓度存在的差异,并分析治疗前后患者NT-pro BNP的变化情况。结果与健康者相比,慢性心力衰竭患者外周静脉血中的NT-pro BNP浓度要明显更高（t=41.82,P〈0.05）;85例心衰患者入院次日的NT-pro BNP浓度与其心功能分级相比可见,心功能分级越高则NT-pro BNP浓度越高,且不同分级患者间的NTpro BNP浓度相比具有显著差异（χ2=51.72,P〈0.05）;在接受治疗后,各个分级患者的NT-pro BNP浓度较治疗前均出现了显著的下降（P〈0.05）,同时,左心室射血分数较治疗前均出现了显著的升高（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。结论NT-pro BNP是一种准确、可靠的生化指标,其浓度的检测在慢性心衰患者的诊断中具有灵敏度高、特异性强等优势,具有在临床上进行推广的价值。
Objective The clinical value that NT-proBNP detection is applied in chronic cardiac failure diagnosis is researched. Methods 85 chronic cardiac failure patients who are treated in our hospital between Jan. 2014 to December 2014 serve as research objects, and 85 people who receive physical examination and have healthy bodies in our hospital serve as the reference group. The NT-proBNP concentration of patients and healthy people are different, so that NT-proBNP change condition of patients before and after treatment is analyzed.Results Compared with healthy people, NT-proBNP concentration in peripheral venous blood of patients with chronic cardiac fail-ure is obviously higher. （t=41.82,P〈0.05） the NT-proBNP concentration and cardiac functional grading of 85 patients with congestive heart failure can be seen by comparison; if the cardiac functional grading is higher, the NT-proBNP concentration is higher; and the NT-proBNP concen-trations are different obviously of patients with different cardiac functional grading （χ2=51.72,P〈0.05）. The T-proBNP concentrations of patients with different cardiac functional grading is de-creased significantly after treatment （P〈0.05）. In the meantime, left ventricular ejection fraction is higher obviously compared with before-treatment（P〈0.05）, and the difference has statistical signif-icance.Conclusion NT-proBNP is an accurate and reliable biochemical criterion, and the con-centration detection of NT-proBNP has the advantages of high sensitivity and high specificity in patients with chronic heart failure, and has the promotion value clinically.
