摘要
目的:分析甲巯咪唑联合美托洛尔对甲状腺功能亢进并冠心病患者甲状腺相关激素及心脏功能指标的影响。方法:选取本院2018年3月-2019年10月收治的甲状腺功能亢进并冠心病患者65例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,两组均予以美托洛尔治疗,对照组32例联合丙硫氧嘧啶(PTU)治疗,观察组33例联合甲巯咪唑(MMI)治疗,观察两组临床疗效、甲状腺激素、神经内分泌功能、心功能及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率(89.14%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)高于对照组,游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT_(3))低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心房利钠胎(ANP)、血浆NT-proBNP低于对照组,血浆肾素活性(PRA)、左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(9.09%)低于对照组(12.50%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MMI联合美托洛尔治疗甲亢并冠心病患者,可通过改善患者内分泌水平,调节甲状腺相关激素,改善心功能,从而提高临床疗效,且该药物不良反应发生少。
Objective:To analyze the effects of Methimazole combined with Metoprolol on thyroid related hormones and cardiac function in patients with hyperthyroidism and coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 65 patients with hyperthyroidism and coronary heart disease in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with Metoprolol,while 32 patients in the control group were treated with Propylthiouracil(PTU),while 33 patients in the observation group were treated with Methimazole(MMI).The clinical efficacy,thyroid hormone,neuroendocrine function,cardiac function and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(89.14%)was higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05);the serum thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the free thyroxine(FT_(4))and free triiodothyronine(FT_(3))in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the atrial natriuretic embryo(ANP)and plasma NT-proBNP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),plasma renin activity(PRA)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(9.09%)was lower than 12.50%in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:MMI combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with coronary heart disease can improve the clinical efficacy by improving the endocrine level,regulating thyroid related hormones and improving cardiac function,and the adverse reactions of the drug are less.
