摘要
转鼓系作为卧式螺旋离心机的执行系统,是研究其动态响应和机械振动的重要结构。本文基于有限元LANCZOS算法,对转鼓系进行有预应力的八阶模态分析。分析结果表明,在正常工况下,转鼓系不会发生共振;预应力对固有频率低频影响较大,对中高频影响很小,这为进一步优化设计提供了理论依据。
As the execution system of horizontal screw centrifuge, drum system is the important structure to study dynamicresponse and mechanical vibration. Based on LA NCZOS finite element algorithm , the paper provides eight-order modal analysison the drum system with prestress. The results show that, under normal condition, the resonance of drum system doesn’t occur,and prestress has significant influence on the low frequency segment of intrinsic frequency, and has insignificant influence on the high frequency segment.Further, the results can provide a theoretical basis for further design optimization.
