振动摩擦焊机机架三维建模与模态分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过ANSYS仿真分析软件研究了振动摩擦焊接机机架在无阻尼状态下的固有频率和振型,讨论了共振可能带来的机构变形、失效等问题。研究结果表明:外部激振频率在220~260 Hz之间,高于振动摩擦焊机架6阶的最高固有频率65 Hz,因此不会发生共振,机架安全性不受影响,振动摩擦焊接机可以稳定安全地工作,机架设计合理。 The natural frequency and mode shape of the frame under undamped condition were studied by ANSYS simulation software,and the possible deformation and failure problems were further discussed.The results show that the external vibration frequency is 220~260 Hz,higher than the highest natural frequency of the vibration friction welding machine frame of the 6th order,65 Hz,therefore,resonance phenomenon will not occur,and there is no excessive influence on the safety of the vibration friction welding machine.The vibration friction welding machine can work stably and safely,and the frame design is reasonable.
